   Fashion Design + Sewing is the perfect class for budding fashionistas (6 -12yrs)  who want to learn how to make their own clothing.  Students learn to use the sewing machine, cut and measure fabric, and use a pattern to create clothing for themselves. Projects change each semester (so that students can continue) but include a handbag, skirt, dress or pants -  our students make 3-4 pieces in 10 weeks. The creativity doesn’t stop there; our little designers are given free reign to stylize and decorate their creations with our Bedazzler,  fabric paint, ribbon and trim so each product has their own unique touch. This class ends with a free fashion show for parents and friends where students model what they’ve made on the runway.
